David Rindge,
DOM, LAc., RN, instructor and co-author has more than 30 years
experience in health care as a doctor of Oriental medicine, acupuncture
physician, registered nurse, respiratory therapist, clinical lab
technologist and perfusionist. He is President Emeritus of the
Florida State Oriental Medical Association, a regular columnist
for Acupuncture Today and co-author of Laser
Therapy; A Clinical Manual. David teaches seminars for certification in laser and bioelectromagnetic
therapies throughout the United States and has been instrumental
in establishing the Florida Independent Investigational Review
Board for LASER Acupuncture Research. He has addressed the North
American Association for Laser Therapy on several occasions and
the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and
is in private practice at the Center for Cooperative Medicine in

Jennifer Blahnik, O.M.D, L.Ac., co-author first
learned of low level lasers during her internship at Guonzhou University
in China. She has been using them in her clinical practice since
1990. Dr. Blahnik completed pre-med at UW Stevens Point and studied
TCM at the Midwest Center for the Study of Oriental Medicine. She
received her doctorate in Oriental Medicine from the Chinese Foundation
of Natural Health. Dr. Blahnik has been Vice-President of the AAOM
and served on its board of directors. She has also served on the
Wisconsin O.M.D. and Acupuncture Board. Dr. Blahnik integrates
traditional methods of Oriental Medicine with low-level laser therapy
and multiple strategies to restore health and well being at the
Midwest Pain Treatment Center of Beloit and Wausau, Wisconsin. |
