What is the purpose of medical science?  Is it to develop profitable drugs and medical services?  Or is it to bring forward that which provides the greatest health benefit?

The widespread implementation of energy-based treatments, including low intensity laser, led and pulsed electromagnetic field therapies, promises to raise the bar in health care while improving safety and lowering costs.
